How to Cook
  1. Before cooking, ensure all ingredients are prepared as instructed in the ingredients section.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and spices, stirring until onions soften.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for a few minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, spices, and water, allowing the sauce to cook for approximately 8 minutes.
  6. Add diced potatoes and cook for about 12 minutes.
  7. Mix in cauliflower and let simmer for another 14 minutes.
  8. Stir in garam masala and reduce heat to low.
  9. Occasionally stir the pot to ensure even cooking.
  10. Finish by stirring in coriander and lime juice.
  11. Turn off the heat.
